I would like to dedicate this years CD (Valentine’s Day 2002) to two of the many souls we lost this past year.  Maybe if the world payed more attention to what they both sang and wrote about we wouldn’t suffer the loss of so many…  [George Harrison was the 1st dedicatee]

Peggy Lee 26 May 1920 – 21 Jan 2002 (Norma Deloris Egstrom)

I Don’t Know Enough About You – Peggy Lee (Sentimental Journey, © 1992, recorded 1945)

A lady who sang about all angles of love…  desire, loss, blues, …  And, oh, that voice…

"Her wonderful talent should be studied by all vocalists; her regal presence is pure elegance and charm." – Frank Sinatra, 1994

Original notes contained her Chicago Tribune Obituary of Jan 23, 2002.
