I&#039;m sure that you can think, reason, and critique while you are doing.  It certainly helps in my case to be working with a team of folks here in Ann Arbor who have time to figure out some of the details, so that I can hack up a prototype, describe the distance between the prototype and the ideal, and have a way to get the work done.  It&#039;s hard to philosophize and write code at the same time.
