Morning Jenn! I had a great time, too. And, again, thanks for the beers. I owe you now.

Hi Angell! I can imagine the Instruction Section is what you might need. As it turned out, there doesn't seem to be anything of direct relevance to me in ACRL. Now, ALCTS, that's a different matter. That's my version of "IS," I *need* it.

ASIS&T also seems very relevant, possibly more so. I'm excited about getting to go to the annual meeting so I can do more "evaluating" of the people involved, or at least those not local to me.

I've only heard good things so far about the conference.

Peace

Have a great time in Austin.

I have not gotten my ALA renewal yet. Did get the TLA (state) one, which I will likely send in, if for no other reason than to get a break when it comes time for the conference. As for ALA, we'll see. Don't feel as enthusiastic. Not sure if I should drop ACRL after just finishing Immersion, though the discount for that with ACRL was not that great (i.e. could have made it just fine without the ACRL membership). However, ACRL has the Instruction Section, which I do need to have. As I said, we'll see when it comes time to right the check.

Anyhow, have a great and safe trip.

Best, and keep on blogging.
