Mark is a Ray of Sunshine on a Cloudy Day

Originally uploaded by Musebrarian.

A couple weeks back–when it was colder–after a raucous night of LIS Roundtable several of us went to the downtown Merry Ann’s diner. As we were leaving someone noticed this sign and Richard took my picture of me standing in front of it. Not too bad for something like 2 AM.

Clearly, though, they must have been referring to some other Mark. And I wonder what Ray thinks of it all?

Outstanding. I love this photo! (and the whiskers).

June and I are ASIST bound again. Now it’s a panel. I am already nervous. Good thing there will (hopefully?) be rays of sunshine there.

Yay! Just remember that you’ll have plenty of supporters!

btw, the whiskers are my normal state. I have been promising for years now that once I start job hunting and get a job I’ll stay shaved. but…

Barring hell or high water, I *will* be there! All other conference decisions this year are/were based on going to ASIST.

I know Ray, and he’s cool with it.

I like the beard — makes you look professorial!
