I'm OK with the upgrade process itself, especially since I now use a template that has moved all customization--although I've done little--to a separate file. My problem is the crappy backup plugin! I just want it to work, period. Not once every 30 or 40 tries when it feels like it. I realize that I need to learn some Unix and MySQL and other things, but not everyone can be expected to do so.
