The lack of openness is something Kathryn and I have been discussing for a while now.

And, a hearty &quot;Thank You&quot; to Kevin Randall for some updates.  I am really sorry that he was unable to comment directly. I have heard that from 3 people so far, and I have absolutely no idea why that is.  I wonder how many else have tried, failed, and did not send me an email? :(

I do moderate all 1st time commenters, but that is not the issue.  &lt;sigh&gt;</description>
