Agreed, but it’s one quick way to say “Here’s some of the things I am or hope to be up to.” And we both know how wordy I can be.
Besides, for the techier ones someone might volunteer a lead, an answer or some help.
Inspiration? I don’t know if I have that, but I have advice. I ALWAYS HAVE ADVICE.
Be generous with yourself, allow for the time-suckage factor (in that everything takes longer than you think it should), and always always always make sure there’s room in your list for the random insertions that make life worth living. (Like, say, having a summer fling. Heh.)
Otherwise, good list. Good luck.
First, I heartily concur with Jenica. I assume that’s a given. Second, put that summer fling or, as I prefer to call them, summer romance at the top of your list. You deserve it! Not to downplay the professional development and learning aspect of NASIG, but it can be a good hookup conference. I’m just sayin’.
