And having just completed 7 months of job searching, I completely agree with the "job description" = "crapshoot." Even the job I have now (one that I wanted) doesn't seem to fit the job description they posted. I still love it (because words in a matrix! who wouldn't love it?) but yeah. Totally a crapshoot.
