Aw, common, be giddy! A total lunar eclipse on one’s b-day is pretty darn cool, whether or not the weather cooperates.

Oh, and re: really good whiskey. A few months back I was treated to a finger of some damn fine 30-yr-old Scotch. Lasted me around three hours because I mostly just held it under my nose and breathed it in.
